The FSS guidance for local authorities has been revised following a routine scheduled review and changes include some clarification of existing FSS policies in this area as well as updates to legal references.
The new Q&A document has been produced to accompany the guidance to help local authority officers to interpret the guidance and the legislation by using some real life examples of approvals and exemptions from approval.
Responses to this consultation are required by 30 April 2016 and should be sent to enforcement@fss.scot
