On 5 February 2015, Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/170 came into force, repealing Regulation (EC) No 1135/2009 which imposed special conditions governing the import of infant milk, other milk products, soya and soya products and of ammonium bicarbonate intended for food and feed originating in or consigned from China due to high levels of melamine. Declaration OFFC/2009/S/002 is thereby revoked.
