On 10 November 2015, the European Commission adopted Commission Implementing Decision EU 2015/2022 amending Decision 2008/866/EC, on emergency suspending imports from Peru of certain bivalve molluscs intended for human consumption. Declaration TARP Reg 25/062/S is thereby revoked and replaced by Declaration TARP Reg 25/069/S
