On 5 January 2016 the European Commission adopted Commission Implementing Decision EU 2016/6 repealing Decision 322/2014 imposing special conditions governing the import of feed and food originating in or consigned from Japan following the accident at the Fukushima nuclear power station. Declaration OFFC 2015/S/003 is thereby revoked and replaced by OFFC 2016/S/001. Declaration TARP 25/066/S is thereby revoked and replaced by TARP Reg 25/071/S.
